This wallet is available in Black only.
Will it work with my phone and case?
Use a compatible magnetic phone or MagSafe-compatible case. Fit depends on the phone, case and camera clearance. Check your device and case specifications. If you are unsure, contact FOLVEX with your phone and case model before ordering.
Can I charge wirelessly with it attached?
Remove the wallet before wireless charging. The wallet is not a charger.
Does it include the phone, cards or a magnetic ring?
No. The product is the black wallet and folding stand only. Phones and cards in photographs are for demonstration. A magnetic ring is not included.
How do I use the stand?
Attach the wallet to a compatible phone or case, unfold its panels, and place it on a flat, stable surface. Adjust to a supported position and check it is steady before letting go. Avoid unstable or slippery surfaces.
Is it genuine leather?
It has a leather-look finish. We do not claim genuine leather composition.
How do I clean it?
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it dry naturally. Avoid soaking, harsh cleaning products and direct heat.

What are the delivery charges?
Lahore-only delivery costs Rs 200 per order. Estimated delivery is 2–3 days to eligible, courier-serviceable addresses. One wallet: Rs 3,199 + Rs 200 delivery = Rs 3,399. Cash on Delivery is available. Enter your correct Lahore postal code at checkout. If your address is not accepted, contact FOLVEX before ordering. See the Delivery policy for full details.
How can I pay for my order?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently our only payment option. Pay the final order total in cash to the courier when your parcel is delivered. Review delivery availability and charges at checkout before confirming. Easypaisa, JazzCash and card payments are not currently available.
Can I return or exchange the wallet?
Please contact FOLVEX before ordering to confirm return or exchange eligibility, time limits and the process. Keep the item, packaging and order reference until your request is reviewed.
